Every request is reviewed before it is accepted
These services carry real obligations around ownership, insurance and customs. The checks below apply to every assignment, without exception.
- Every request is assessed individually.
- Services remain subject to the route, destination, item value, lawful ownership or authority, insurance availability, customs requirements and local regulations.
- Identification and supporting documentation may be required.
- Restricted, dangerous, illegal or incorrectly declared goods will not be accepted.
- JMT Concierge may decline any request that cannot be completed safely, lawfully or appropriately.
- Customs duties, taxes, permits and third-party expenses remain separate.
Items are carried or delivered by Joshua Taylor personally only where that has been specifically agreed for the individual request. Otherwise, the movement is coordinated through appropriately insured independent providers under personal oversight.
