Terms governing concierge services, memberships, privacy, cookies and use of this website. Last updated 26 July 2026.
Terms & Conditions
These terms set out how JMT Concierge Ltd provides concierge, travel, lifestyle, sourcing and booking assistance.
1. Company information
JMT Concierge Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 17227495. References to “JMT Concierge”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean JMT Concierge Ltd.
2. Scope of service
We provide planning, sourcing, coordination, recommendation and booking assistance. The agreed scope is based on the information supplied by the client and may be revised if the request changes.
3. Quotations and payment
Any applicable service fee, booking fee, administration charge, commission or commercial mark-up is included or identified in the quotation presented for approval. Work may require payment in advance. A booking is not confirmed until required funds and supplier confirmation have been received.
4. Third-party suppliers
Hotels, airlines, restaurants, transport providers, venues and other suppliers provide their services under their own terms. Availability, acceptance, cancellation, changes and performance remain subject to those supplier terms. JMT Concierge acts as a coordinator unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, valid documents, relevant restrictions and timely approvals. Clients are responsible for checking names, dates, destinations, visa and passport requirements, insurance needs and booking details before confirmation.
6. Changes and cancellations
Requests to amend or cancel an arrangement should be made promptly. Supplier charges, non-refundable costs and work already completed may remain payable. JMT Concierge fees are non-refundable once the relevant work has been performed.
7. Availability and urgent requests
We use reasonable skill and care but cannot guarantee that a request can be fulfilled. Urgent, complex or out-of-hours work may require a separate fee, which is agreed where practicable before work proceeds.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that restriction, JMT Concierge is not responsible for supplier acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or events outside its reasonable control. Clients should maintain suitable travel, event and personal insurance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Membership Terms
These additional terms apply to JMT Concierge memberships.
1. Membership access
Membership provides access to request management, supplier sourcing, travel planning, lifestyle coordination and booking assistance at the level agreed with the client. It does not include supplier goods or services unless stated in writing.
2. Fees and term
Membership fees, payment dates, term and renewal arrangements are confirmed in the membership proposal or agreement. Fees are payable in advance and are separate from third-party costs.
3. Request capacity and fair use
Membership is intended for reasonable personal, family or executive use. Requests that are unusually complex, excessive, urgent, commercial or outside the agreed scope may require a separate quotation.
4. Priority and availability
Higher membership levels receive enhanced priority and availability, but no membership guarantees fulfilment. All arrangements remain subject to operational capacity, supplier availability, payment and applicable terms.
5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend work where payment is overdue, information is incomplete, a request is unlawful or unsafe, or continued service is no longer reasonably possible. Termination and notice arrangements are set out in the client’s membership agreement.
